Our deliveries are free of charge to you.

All deliveries will be made by a third-party courier to the address you provide in your order. Proof of delivery is obtained under most circumstances.

You do not need to be present to accept your delivery. You can provide us with a 'safe place' to leave your parcel which can be updated in your dedicated "My Account" page.

Your order will be sent to you by the delivery date set out in the confirmation of dispatch e-mail we send to you. This is usually within 48 hours of ordering from our website.

Future deliveries run on a regular schedule and is visible to you on your dedicated "My Account" page. This includes the price of the next order to be delivered and the delivery dates.

We will inform you of your future deliveries by e-mail. Please ensure your address, contact details and leave safe information is kept up-to-date as referred to in our Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is correct. If you think your contact details may be wrong, you can e-mail us on contactus@parcelpet.com.

You must report missing or undelivered deliveries by emailing us at contactus@parcelpet.com. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

We deliver to addresses within the UK, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands. This excludes PO boxes.

returns

Our aim is for you to be delighted with the products you receive from us. If you're not satisfied and do wish to return any product to us, please follow the following steps:

  • Email us at contactus@parcelpet.com from the email address associated with your user account
  • Please include details of the product that you wish to return and a reason for return

Please do this within 7 days of receiving your product from us.

If a return is accepted by us, you will need to organise the return at your cost to the address we provide in response to your e-mail.

It is your responsibility to arrange a return and can be done through a number of available courier services such as DpD, Parcel Monkey, Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We will not be held liable for any problems as a result of this return.

You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession prior to any return and we will inspect the goods on arrival.

If the product is received in good condition a refund will be made within 14 business days. A handling fee of £5 will be deducted from this refund.
