Our aim is for you to be satisfied with the products you receive from us. If you are not satisfied and wish to return any products, you can do this by doing the following:

Please email us at using the email address you use for your account.

In this e-mail please include:

  • Details of the product that you wish to send back
  • The reason
  • Please do this within 3 working days of receiving your product from us. If we need your product to be returned we will arrange for a return slip to be sent to you.

Please take reasonable care of the product whilst in your possession prior to any return. We will inspect your product on arrival.

If the product is received in good condition a refund will be sent to you within 4 working days. The refund will cover the cost of the item being returned unless the item is unsuitable due to our error.
